These Raixis Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") constitute an agreement between you and Beijing Starixs Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates (hereinafter "we," "us," or "Starixs") governing your access, registration, and use of Raixis products and related services.
Raixis is an AI-powered multi-agent research assistant designed for industry research, company research, policy research, market intelligence, and business analysis. It provides intelligent dialogue, information retrieval, data organization, report generation, analytical support, and related services. Please read these Terms carefully and in full before using our products and services. By registering, logging in, accessing, or continuing to use our products and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please stop using our products and services immediately.
1. Raixis leverages artificial intelligence, large language models, information retrieval, data processing, and multi-agent collaboration technologies to provide industry research and business analysis assistance.
The product may include, but is not limited to: intelligent Q&A, information retrieval, content summarization, report generation, structured analysis, chart creation, data organization, research workflow assistance, document processing, and other related auxiliary functions.
2. The output generated by this product primarily comes from AI model inference, user-provided inputs, publicly available data, user-authorized data, third-party data sources, or other lawfully accessible information. Due to inherent limitations of AI technology and data sources, output content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, biases, or inappropriate expressions.
3. This product does not constitute investment advisory services, securities investment consulting, fund distribution, financial product recommendations, legal services, accounting services, tax services, or any other professional services requiring specific licenses or qualifications. Users must not rely solely on the output of this product as the basis for investment decisions, trading decisions, legal judgments, financial processing, or other professional determinations.
4. We may adjust, update, suspend, or terminate the service content, feature modules, usage methods, pricing models, and scope of services in response to business development, technology upgrades, compliance requirements, or operational arrangements.
1. You may need to register and log in to access the full functionality of this product. When registering, you must provide truthful, accurate, complete, and legally valid information, and promptly update any changes.
2. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, passwords, verification codes, and other authentication information. Any losses resulting from voluntary disclosure, inadequate protection, unauthorized delegation, or account theft not attributable to our fault shall be borne by you.
3. In principle, each individual may register and use only one account. Without our prior written consent, you may not transfer, lease, lend, gift, sell, or otherwise dispose of your account or account rights.
If we discover or have reasonable grounds to believe your account is involved in abnormal logins, abnormal API calls, malicious registration, bulk registration, misuse, infringement of others' rights, threats to platform security, or other violations of these Terms, we reserve the right to take measures including warnings, feature restrictions, service suspension, account freezing, service termination, removal of violating content, preservation of relevant records, and reporting to competent authorities.
4. If you use this product on behalf of an organization, enterprise, or other entity, you must ensure you are duly authorized by that entity. Your use of this product on behalf of such entity constitutes the entity's acceptance of these Terms.
1. All content generated, organized, analyzed, or displayed by this product represents AI-assisted output intended solely for informational reference and research assistance. It does not constitute investment advice, financial consulting, securities research reports, buy/sell recommendations, legal opinions, accounting opinions, tax advice, or any other form of professional advice.
2. Users must independently evaluate, verify, and exercise caution when using output from this product. For matters involving investment, trading, financing, mergers and acquisitions, legal, financial, tax, business decisions, or other significant matters, users should consult qualified professionals and rely on verified information and professional opinions as the basis for their decisions.
3. This product may summarize, synthesize, reason from, or rephrase publicly available information, third-party data, user-uploaded materials, or other sources, but does not guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, applicability, or error-free nature of such content.
Users bear all risks and consequences arising from any judgment, decision, transaction, investment, publication, dissemination, or other action taken based on output from this product.
4. Users may not expressly or implicitly represent that this product, us, or our affiliates have endorsed, guaranteed, or committed to the accuracy of their research conclusions, business judgments, investment views, report content, marketing materials, or other outputs.
5. Text, images, files, data, instructions, questions, reports, or other content that users input, upload, submit, or generate while using this product belong to the user or relevant rights holders in accordance with applicable law.
6. You must ensure that the content you input, upload, submit, or use has lawful origins and does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, trade secrets, personal information rights, privacy rights, reputation rights, or other legitimate rights and interests of any third party.
7. You may not upload, input, generate, transmit, or use this product to process any illegal, infringing, false, harmful, malicious, classified, unauthorized, or other content that could endanger national security, public interests, the legitimate rights of others, or platform security.
8. To provide services, maintain security, optimize product experience, and fulfill legal and regulatory requirements, we may process your input content, interaction records, device information, and log data within necessary limits. Specific processing rules are governed by the Raixis Privacy Policy.
9. Unless otherwise authorized by you or required by law, we will not use your content for model training or other purposes beyond what is necessary to provide the service. Data used for service optimization will be de-identified or anonymized to the extent possible.
1. When using this product and its services, you commit and agree not to:

All intellectual property rights in this product and services, including interface design, product names, trademarks, logos, software, programs, technical architecture, model configurations, algorithm designs, database structures, documentation, page content, and other related materials, are owned by us or the respective rights holders.
2. Without prior written permission from us or the relevant rights holders, you may not copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, rent, sell, distribute, publicly display, commercialize, or otherwise use any of the above.
For analysis reports, research summaries, charts, text, or other output generated through this product, you may use such output within reasonable limits, provided you lawfully use this product, comply with these Terms, and have lawful rights to the relevant input materials. However, you may not use such content to infringe upon the rights of third parties, nor suggest that we have endorsed, guaranteed, or confirmed the accuracy, completeness, or commercial conclusions of such content.
3. If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, comments, or improvement ideas, you agree that we may reasonably use such feedback for product improvement, service optimization, and business development without additional compensation. This does not grant us any rights to your personal information or confidential content that you are legally entitled to protect.
1. This product may integrate or use models, cloud services, data sources, payment services, communication services, identity verification services, or other technical services provided by third parties.
2. Third-party services, websites, data, and content are the independent responsibility of the respective third parties. We make no guarantees regarding the ongoing availability, accuracy, security, legality, or suitability of third-party services.
When using third-party services, you may be required to comply with the terms of service, privacy policies, or other rules of that third party. Please review and determine whether to accept such terms before using them.
3. For service interruptions, data errors, or losses caused by third-party service failures, data errors, API changes, network anomalies, system maintenance, regulatory requirements, or other factors beyond our control, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with resolution but shall not bear liability beyond what is required by law.
1. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the safety, stability, and continuous operation of this product and services, but do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, data-lossless, or fully meet all your requirements.
2. For service suspensions, interruptions, delays, or unavailability due to system maintenance, upgrades, server failures, network failures, third-party service anomalies, force majeure, regulatory requirements, security incidents, or other reasons, we will make reasonable efforts to address the situation and notify you as appropriate.
3. We reserve the right to adjust, update, restrict, suspend, or terminate this product and services based on business operations, technology upgrades, compliance requirements, product planning, or security management needs.
For fee-based services, specific pricing, payment methods, refund policies, and membership benefits shall be governed by the product page, order page, or separate agreement between the parties.
1. We take user personal information protection very seriously and will process your personal information in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and the Raixis Privacy Policy.
2. During your use of this product and services, we may process account information, interaction and content information, device and log information, transaction and order information, identity verification information, and other information you have authorized, based on the service scenario.
3. You have the right, within the limits of applicable law, to access, copy, export, correct, supplement, and delete your personal information, change or withdraw authorization, and deregister your account. Specific rules and procedures are governed by the Raixis Privacy Policy.
In case of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Raixis Privacy Policy regarding personal information processing, the Raixis Privacy Policy shall prevail.
1. This product and its services are primarily intended for adults. If you are under 18 years of age, we recommend that you read these Terms with the guidance and accompaniment of a parent or other guardian, and use this product and its services only after obtaining the guardian's consent.
2. Minors using this product and its services must comply with applicable laws and regulations, these Terms, and reasonable guidance from their guardians, and must not use this product for any illegal or age-inappropriate activities.
3. For minors under 14 years of age, we will not proactively offer services that require the collection of personal information. If we discover or receive reports that children's personal information has been processed without the consent of a guardian, we will promptly take deletion or other necessary action in accordance with applicable law.

Except as expressly required by applicable law, we make no express or implied warranties regarding this product and services, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, continuity, security, timeliness, or freedom from errors.
2. You understand and agree that AI-generated content is inherently uncertain. Output from this product may contain factual errors, logical errors, citation errors, omissions, biases, outdated information, or content that is not applicable to specific scenarios. Users should independently verify and exercise their own judgment.
3. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for losses or impacts arising from the following:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising from this product and services shall not exceed the total service fees you actually paid to us for the relevant services in the twelve months prior to the dispute; if you have not paid any fees, our liability shall be limited to the minimum extent required by law.

If you violate these Terms, platform rules, or applicable laws and regulations, we reserve the right to take measures proportionate to the severity of the violation, including warnings, feature restrictions, service suspension, account freezing, service termination, content removal, record preservation, and legal action.
2. If your actions cause losses to us, other users, or third parties, you shall be liable for damages in accordance with applicable law, including but not limited to direct losses, reasonable enforcement costs, attorney's fees, notarization fees, investigation and evidence collection costs, litigation fees, or arbitration fees.
3. If we suffer third-party complaints, administrative investigations, regulatory penalties, litigation, arbitration, or other losses as a result of your illegal or non-compliant conduct, you shall cooperate with us in handling the matter and bear the corresponding liability.
1. We may revise these Terms from time to time in response to changes in laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, business adjustments, technology upgrades, or product operations.
2. For material changes to these Terms, we will notify you through product pages, in-product notifications, announcements, email, or other reasonable means.
3. If you disagree with the updated Terms, you have the right to stop using this product and its services. Your continued use of this product and its services after the Terms are updated constitutes your acknowledgment, understanding, and acceptance of the updated Terms.
1. The formation, validity, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
2. Any dispute arising from these Terms or this product and its services shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation between the parties.
3. If negotiation fails, either party may bring an action before the competent People's Court in the jurisdiction where Beijing Starixs Technology Co., Ltd. is located.
