The Raixis Privacy Policy (hereinafter "this Policy") applies to the Raixis multi-agent AI research service offered by Beijing Starixs Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates (hereinafter "we," "us," or "Starixs").

Before you begin using our products and services, please read this Policy carefully as it is an important document governing the rights and obligations of both parties. If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions about the content of this Policy, please contact us. If you do not understand or disagree with any part of this Policy, please stop using our products and services for the time being. Once you begin using our products and services, you are deemed to have fully understood and agreed to all terms of this Privacy Policy.

We will not collect your personal information excessively because you wish to use our products and services. We always follow the principle of minimum necessity (minimum impact, minimum scope, minimum duration) when processing your personal information. We deeply respect and support your control over the use of your personal information, and will only collect your personal information when necessary to achieve specific service purposes. For non-essential personal information, you have the right to choose not to provide it, and this will not affect your normal use of our basic services.

This Policy will help you understand the following:

1. Scope of Application

This Policy applies to all products and services provided under Raixis, including but not limited to those provided through web pages, applications, and new forms of products or services that may emerge with technological development. The types of personal information subjects covered by this Policy apply to individual users who use our products and services. If a specific product or service has its own separate privacy policy, that policy shall take precedence over this Policy. For matters not addressed in that separate policy, the relevant provisions of this Policy shall apply.

To help you better protect your privacy, we particularly remind you that when you access third-party products and services through our products and services, the processing of your personal information and privacy will be managed by that third party in accordance with their own policies. We cannot be responsible for third-party processing activities, so please exercise caution when sharing your private information with third parties.

2. Collection and Use of Information

2.1 Principles for Collection and Use

We strictly adhere to the principles of legality, legitimacy, necessity, and good faith when processing your personal information, ensuring transparency and accuracy. To ensure the security of your personal space, you will need to register and log in before you can normally use the relevant services.

2.2 Collection of Information

In compliance with laws, regulations, and the 'minimum necessary' principle, we will process the following categories of information based on specific service scenarios, through your active provision, automatic system collection, or with your authorization:

Account information: Including the phone number, avatar, and other information you provide during registration and use, as well as necessary information obtained within the scope of your authorization when you log in via a third-party account (such as nickname, avatar, and associated identifiers). This information is primarily provided by you or obtained via third-party authorization, and is used to complete account creation, identity verification, and account management. When registering and logging in, you are required to provide a phone number and set a login password to complete identity verification. Your phone number is necessary information for fulfilling network real-name requirements; if you refuse to provide it, we may be unable to provide you with the relevant service.
Interaction and content information: Including text, voice, images, videos, and other content you input, upload, or generate while using the service. This information is primarily submitted actively by you, and is used to implement core service functions and, within necessary limits, to optimize service performance and improve the user experience.
Device and log information: Including device model, operating system version, device identifiers, IP address, browser type, network environment, access time, and related log data. This information is primarily collected automatically by the system and is used to ensure the safe and stable operation of the service, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
Transaction and order information: When you subscribe to or renew a membership service, we may process transaction-related information, such as order records, payment status, and invoicing information. This information typically comes from your active provision or transaction records, and is used to fulfill orders, confirm payments, and provide customer service support.
Identity verification information: In scenarios where you file a complaint, appeal, or require identity verification for other purposes, we may collect necessary identity information. This information is provided by you and is used to verify your identity and ensure account security.
Auxiliary and authorized information: In specific functional scenarios, we may process relevant auxiliary data based on your authorization, including but not limited to location information and clipboard content. Such information is typically collected via device permissions or system collection, and is used to support feature implementation or improve the service experience.

Cookies and Third-Party Necessary Information

Additionally, to improve service quality, we may use cookies or similar technologies to record your usage preferences. In compliance with applicable laws and regulations, we may also obtain necessary service-related information from cooperating third parties. When you wish to clear cookies, you can do so through your browser settings. After clearing, you may be unable to use certain services or features that rely on cookies.

The following are some permissions that may require your authorization:

Camera and photo library access: When you intend to actively take photos or upload images, we will request your permission to use the camera and access the photo library. If you deny authorization, the product will be unable to take or upload photos, but other features will not be affected.
Precise location access: When you use services based on precise location, including but not limited to location-based queries, we will request your permission for precise location information. If you deny authorization, you will not receive more accurate services and the quality of results may be affected, but other features will not be affected.
Other relevant permissions: We may request permissions for storage, notifications, and other functions based on your device and the services you need. If you deny authorization, you will be unable to use the relevant service, but other features will not be affected.

2.3 Use of Information

Subject to compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and this Policy, we will use the collected information for the following purposes:

Providing and maintaining core service functions: Used to implement account registration, login, identity verification, and account management; to support the normal operation of core functions such as dialogue generation and content processing; and to ensure service continuity and stability.
Ensuring product and service security: Used to identify abnormal behavior, prevent security risks, troubleshoot issues, and analyze logs to maintain system security, network security, and user account security.
Optimizing product performance and service experience: Used to analyze product usage, improve feature design, and enhance service efficiency and response quality. In this process, we may perform statistical analysis or aggregation on relevant data to continuously improve overall service performance.
Processing transactions and fulfillment-related matters: Used to complete order processing, payment confirmation, invoice issuance, customer support, and dispute resolution related to transactions, and to fulfill corresponding financial and compliance obligations.
Customer support and communication services: Used to respond to your inquiries, feedback, complaints, and other service requests, and to contact you when necessary to provide support and solutions.
Fulfilling legal, regulatory, and supervisory requirements: Used to meet the requirements of applicable laws, regulations, regulatory authorities, or judicial bodies, including but not limited to compliance audits, tax processing, anti-money laundering, and other legal obligations.
Authorized personalized services (if applicable): After obtaining your explicit authorization, we may provide a personalized service experience based on your usage preferences. If you do not wish to receive personalized services, you can adjust or disable this through the relevant settings.

Special Note on Interaction Content and Model Optimization

In the course of providing services, content you input or generate may be used within necessary limits for service optimization and quality improvement. Unless otherwise authorized by you or required by law, we will not use your content for model training or other purposes beyond what is necessary to provide the service. Data used for model optimization will be de-identified or anonymized to the extent possible.

3. Storage of Information

3.1 Storage Location

In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, we store the personal information we collect and generate during domestic operations within the territory of the People's Republic of China. Currently, we do not transfer such information overseas. If we do transfer information overseas, we will strictly comply with relevant Chinese laws and regulatory policies, and will comply with the requirements of the relevant country or obtain your consent.

3.2 Storage Duration

We retain your personal information only for the minimum period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Policy, unless otherwise required by law or extended to fulfill legal obligations.

During your use of our products and services, we will continue to retain relevant information to support normal service operation, ensure account security, and provide a continuous user experience.

After you deregister your account or stop using the relevant service, we will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. However, in the following circumstances, we may extend the retention period within necessary and reasonable limits:

To comply with laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, or orders from competent authorities (including but not limited to judicial and administrative authorities);
To fulfill compliance obligations such as financial, tax, audit, anti-money laundering, and counter-terrorist financing requirements;
To handle potential complaints, disputes, arbitration, or litigation, and to preserve necessary evidence;
As necessary to prevent security risks, ensure stable system operation, and conduct security audits;
To identify, investigate, or prevent fraud, misuse, or other illegal or non-compliant activities;
To protect the legitimate rights and interests of us or related parties (including but not limited to intellectual property rights and trade secrets);
Other reasonable circumstances where immediate deletion is technically difficult or where retention is required by law.

Handling After Extended Retention Period

During the extended retention period, we will strictly limit the use of the data to achieving the above purposes and will implement appropriate security measures to protect it.

After the above retention period expires, we will delete or irreversibly anonymize your personal information so that it can no longer identify a specific individual.

4. Your Personal Information Management Options

4.1 Changing or Withdrawing the Scope of Authorization

You may disable camera, photo library, and location permissions through the operating system settings on your device to change the scope of your consent or withdraw your authorization. You may also refuse to have your data used for model training by clicking on your avatar area — selecting 'Settings' — selecting 'Data Management' — turning off 'Use Data for Optimization.' After performing these actions, we will no longer be able to provide you with services corresponding to the withdrawn consent or authorization, and we will no longer collect information related to these permissions. However, this will not affect personal information processing already carried out based on your prior authorization.

4.2 Accessing, Copying, Exporting, Correcting, Supplementing, and Deleting Your Personal Information

You have the right, within the limits of applicable law, to access, copy, export, correct, supplement, and delete your personal information. You may exercise these rights through the following means:

Access and copy: You can view your account information, conversation history, and other content on the relevant pages within the product;
Export information: Within supported features, you can apply to export your relevant data;
Correction and supplementation: If you find that your personal information is incorrect or incomplete, you can correct or supplement it through account settings or by contacting customer service;
Deletion of information: You can delete some personal information by deleting conversation records, clearing relevant data, or by contacting us to request deletion.

Circumstances Where We May Be Unable to Fully Satisfy Your Request

Subject to compliance with applicable laws and regulations, we will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe. However, in the following circumstances, we may be unable to fully satisfy your request:

Where it is related to the fulfillment of legal obligations;
Where it is directly related to national security, public safety, and similar matters;
Where it is directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and enforcement of judgments;
Where there is sufficient evidence of subjective malicious intent or abuse of rights on your part;
Where it is necessary to protect the legitimate rights and interests of us or other users;
Where it involves trade secrets or other legitimate rights and interests of third parties.

4.3 Account Cancellation

You may apply to cancel your account at any time. You can submit a cancellation request through the relevant settings in the product (such as 'Settings — Account & Security — Cancel Account') or by contacting customer service.

After you submit a cancellation request, we will carry out the necessary identity verification and complete the processing within a reasonable timeframe. Once the account is successfully cancelled, we will stop providing you with the relevant services and will delete or anonymize your personal information, unless otherwise required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in this Policy.

Please note:

Once cancelled, your account cannot be restored, and related data (including conversation history) may not be recoverable;
Account cancellation does not affect personal information processing activities already carried out based on your authorization;
We may retain certain information as necessary in compliance with applicable laws and regulations (such as transaction records and log information).

5. Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure of Information

Within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Policy, we may share, transfer, or disclose your personal information. We will strictly adhere to the principles of legality, legitimacy, and necessity, and take appropriate measures to ensure the security of your personal information.

5.1 Sharing of Information

We share your personal information only in the following circumstances:

With your explicit consent or authorization;
As necessary to implement product functions, sharing necessary information with partners that provide us with technical support or services (such as cloud service providers, communication service providers, and payment service institutions);
To fulfill legal and regulatory obligations or respond to requests from competent authorities;
To protect the legitimate rights and interests of us or related parties (such as handling disputes and enforcing rights).

Third-Party Processing Requirements

We will enter into corresponding confidentiality agreements or data processing agreements with third parties that receive information, requiring them to process your personal information in accordance with our requirements, this Policy, and applicable laws and regulations.

5.2 Transfer of Information

We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual, except in the following circumstances:

Transfer with your explicit consent;
In connection with mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers, or similar transactions involving personal information transfers, we will require the new holder to continue to be bound by this Policy. If the purpose or method of use of the information changes, we will seek your consent again.

5.3 Public Disclosure of Information

We will not publicly disclose your personal information, except in the following circumstances:

With your explicit consent;
Based on mandatory requirements of laws and regulations, judicial or administrative authorities;
As necessary within reasonable limits to protect the personal safety, property safety, or other significant legitimate rights and interests of users or the public.

6. Protection of Minors' Information

This product is primarily intended for adults. We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information and will take appropriate protective measures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

If you are under 18 years of age, we recommend that you read this Privacy Policy with the accompaniment and guidance of a parent or other guardian before using this product and related services, and use the relevant services only after obtaining the guardian's consent.

We will not proactively collect personal information from minors under 14 years of age (children). If we discover or receive reports that children's personal information has been collected without the consent of a guardian, we will promptly take measures to delete or handle it as necessary.

If you are the parent or other guardian of a minor, you have the right to oversee the processing of the minor's personal information. If you have questions, comments, or complaints about related matters, you may contact us through the contact information provided in Section 7 of this Policy.

7. Updates to This Policy

To provide you with better services, we may revise this Policy from time to time, and such revisions constitute part of this Policy.

After this Policy is updated, we will publish the updated version on the Raixis website and remind you to read the updated Privacy Policy through new version announcements and other means, so that you can stay informed of the latest version of this Policy. If you disagree with this Policy, or have objections to the modifications or updates to this Policy, you may choose to stop using Raixis or cancel your account. Your continued use of our products and services constitutes your acknowledgment and agreement to our updates. However, please note that your actions and activities before account cancellation or before you stop using our services are still subject to this Policy.
